Tea Haunt Canvas

Tea Haunt Canvas is a fine art gallery in Hartford, CT. To accentuate the creative upscale feel a designer metallic epoxy floor coating was chosen to create the floor design.

The first hurdle the project encountered was that floor had Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) already installed. To stay within budget, Param 5500 was installed over the VCT. Param 5500 is a self-leveling concrete floor

resurfacing product that yields a level, blank canvas so that other decorative floor coatings can be installed. It is cost-effective compared to tearing up old flooring or replacing concrete.

The Lumiere metallic epoxy coating was then installed over the resurfaced floor. Multiple shades of browns, grays, and black were used to create the stunningly artistic, high-gloss floor design.
