Terms & Conditions

1. PRODUCTS SOLD BY DURAAMEN ENGINEERED PRODUCTS INC. ARE FOR INTENDED USE ONLY.
2. Prices are provided for consideration with no legal responsibility. All prices are in US currency.
3. All prices are FOB – warehouse (various locations).
4. These prices may be changed without any notice.
5. Customer has the responsibility to verify the suitability of the products in their applications and risks/hazards involved in their use and handling.
6. Customer agrees to comply with instructions relating to the use of the products and not misuse the products in any manner.

Shipping Policy

1. Reconsignment or extra delivery charges such as lift gate and freeze protection fees will be invoiced.
2. Expedited or overnight shipments will carry a handling surcharge of $100.00 each. Orders received after 12:00 noon will not be shipped the same day without expedited costs.
3. International shipments will carry appropriate surcharges.
4. Immediately upon receipt of products, the customer shall inspect the same and shall notify the Company representative in writing of any claims for shortages, defects or damages and shall hold the products for Company representative’s written instructions concerning disposition.
5. The Customer (Receiver) is responsible for verifying that all items delivered match the items ordered at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately upon receipt.
6. For shipments designated as “Freeze Protect,” the Customer (Receiver) must inspect the goods to ensure they have not been frozen or thawed during transit. If any items are found to have been frozen and subsequently thawed, the shipment must be refused at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

1. Products will not be taken back 10 days after the shipment leaves the Company warehouse.
2. Written Approval from Duraamen Engineered Products Inc. is required prior to acceptance of materials.
3. There will be a 25% restocking charge. All freight charges will be pre-paid by the customer.
4. Materials/packaging will be in re-sellable condition and unopened.
5. Special/custom colors and customized materials cannot be restocked.
