Don Pinger of Custom Concrete Solutions applied our Param 5500 right over VCT Tile. This is one of the many unique uses for Param 5500. Not only is it a natural over concrete, but wood and tile and carpet glue. It has saved many projects from expensive remodeling.

Param 5500 is a calcium aluminate cement based self leveling concrete that can be used over various surfaces as well as an underlayment for tile, hardwood and carpet or as a decorative wear surface.

Many of our professional installers have applied Param 5500 with tremendous success on many projects including luxury lofts and apartments in NYC and Boston, retail stores, restaurants, art galleries and office buildings. It has also been used in many high traffic industrial buildings as an alternative to concrete polishing when floors are badly damaged.
