It is a water-based epoxy primer and sealer designed to have maximum penetration into concrete surfaces to provide high bond strength and adhesion. Specially formulated to reduce concrete outgassing, Perdure E32 has the ability to be applied to recently poured (green) concrete and achieve excellent adhesion. Perdure E32 has a very low odor and can be used in occupied areas. Ideal for both new and old concrete surfaces, Perdure E32 is used as a primer for Perdure high build and thin-film coating systems.
