Best Self Leveling Concrete used to smooth Uneven Floors

Self leveling concrete is one of the most versatile flooring products on the market today. They provide a flat level surface for uneven floors but their benefits for restoring concrete go way beyond the most obvious.

Our line of self levelers include Param 5500 and Param 6000. They are used over damaged and cracked concrete. They can be applied from 1/4 to 1-1/2 inch thick or more. By adjusting the thickness you can solve height issues at floor vents, door jams or raise the height at steps to comply with local zoning codes.

They can be used over wood or concrete surfaces and even tile. Param products have been used over existing VCT tile saving the expense of tile removal. This is a cost saver when looking for a solution to encapsulate asbestos tile.

Typically self leveling concrete is used to create a new sub floor for tile, carpet or hardwood. However, Param can be a wear surface. The self leveling concrete can be integrally colored, then topically dyed to create any color you desire from basic grays to vibrant, reds, yellows, blues and greens. You can create any color pattern you can imagine, then cut any pattern into the floor to create the look of custom tile.

Then the surface can be sealed with water based epoxies and polyurethanes. Our sealers protect and enhance the surface with a low maintenance finish.

Our line of Param 4500 underlayment and wear toppings is casein-free to prevent the growth of mold and mildew.
